            SJR 15-CONST. AM: APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN TAYLOR noted that CSSJR 31, version H, was adopted at the                                                              
March 29 meeting.  Testimony was taken at the meeting and the bill                                                              
was amended.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR HALFORD moved CSSJR 15 (JUD)am from committee with                                                                      
individual recommendations.  There being no objection, the motion                                                               
carried.
